Policies

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on the calendar that is no longer available for other clients. In order to be respectful to other clients please call as soon as you know you will not be able to make it to your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, I require that you call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client to access that appointment. Please read our cancellation policy below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file* for the service total for any no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Pricing & Cancellation policy is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Please understand that by booking a appointment with us, you are agreeing to these terms of service and policies. All charges, packages, and deposits are non-negotiable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. EXTENSION GUEST POLICY A $50 fee will be charge for no-show & late cancellations for an Extension Consultation.

*If the card on file has insufficient funds, clients will no longer be able to book an appointment and will be banned from the booking system.

LATE POLICY 

 

We understand things may happen before your scheduled appointment so our salon offer a 10 minutes grace period for customer and we ask that clients give the stylists a 5 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and it is considered a NO-SHOW. Please read our cancellation policy above.

THE LUXE EXPERIENCE

The Luxe Experience allow clients to book outside of business hours and/or last minute appointments with a fee. This only a request and must have final approval with your stylist. Please contact us to request this experience in addition to your service and allow 24 - 48 hours to respond. 

 

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS 

 

Our salon is located on the second floor above David’s Natural Market. The elevator is located to the left of the building next to Bliss Nail Spa. Once you are on the second floor please enter the door on your immediate right and we are located in suite 10.
